Fotobuzz - Terms of sale

 

By registering to a Fotobuzz session (photowalk, workshop or camp), you are entering into the following agreement:

 

1. Prices and Rates

1.1 The prices of each session is quoted in pounds including VAT.

1.2 The prices do not include travel, meals or personal expenses of participants.

1.3 The prices do not include the right of entry to sites or special events.

 

2. Registration to Photowalks and Workshops

2.1 The payment of the photowalk / workshop must be made in full in order to confirm your booking. Payment can be made ​​by cheque, card (via Paypal) or bank transfer. The booking will be considered as final when the payment is received.

 

3. Registration to Teen / Children Camps

3.1 All booking made on the website must be completed by sending a signed Junior consent form.

3.2 The payment of the camp must be made in full in order to confirm your booking. Payment can be made ​​by cheque, card (via Paypal) or bank transfer. The booking will be considered as final when the payment is received.

 

4. Cancellation

4.1 Any transfer or cancellation by you must be submitted no later than 15 days before the session. It will entitle you to a second choice of date.

4.2 After this period or if the cancellation was not transfered, 50% of the amount paid will be retained.

 

5. Early termination of a session

5.1 Any session started is due in its entirety: Any student leaving a training course before the end, shall in any way be entitled to a refund, exception made in cases of justified "force majeure".

 

6 Fotobuzz Cancellation

6.1 We reserve the right to cancel and postpone our photography courses in case of force majeure. Also, we reserve the right to cancel a course due to lack of participants, until two weeks before the course begins.

6.2 In this case, every effort will be made to propose an alternative course, or date. If no solution could be found, we are committed to repay amounts previously paid.

 

7. Insurance and Liability

7.1 Fotobuzz  can not be responsible for any theft, accident or damage occurring during the sessions. Each student is responsible for its own equipment and his person.

7.2 Fotobuzz  assumes no liability for any damage to the material provided by the student, along with any accidents that occur to the student during the sessions. Students should therefore have taken an insurance covering them for accidents and / or any damage (liability ...).
